The profile preferences dialog has been refreshed in 3.14. See bug 724110 for actual screenshots and design mock ups. The documentation needs to be adjusted accordingly.

Some of the documentation issues caused by this have already been pointed out in bug 720572 , bug 728458 and bug 727774

Thanks for the bug. Most of the issues have been fixed and the only remaining one enhancement is already described in another bug so closing this one.
