UPPERCASE typed websites, like WWW.GNOME.ORG, GNOME.ORG, BUGZILLA.GNOME.ORG do not work;

try: 

PRESS CAPS LOCK ON
ctrl+l
WWW.GNOME.ORG -> which leads to search instead of loading the website www.gnome.org

expected behavior is to do a UPPERCASE to lowercase for urls if it has . in it.
