vCard v4.0 adds new properties for example RELATED which is a prerequisite for Bug 262002

VCard 4 support is important in order to avoid issues with picture format change from VCard 3 to VCard 4.

This had been filled also in GitLab as [1]. As it's going to be used since now on I'll keep the GitLab issue opened and I'm closing this bug report in favour of it.
