When a window opens already maximized (e.g. `gnome-terminal --geometry 1366x768`), its title bar is displayed at the wrong place – there's a ~15px transparent area between it and the window contents. Moving the window fixes this, and it doesn't happen at all when an /existing/ window gets maximized (only for new windows).
