GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 719681
Chart properties window is unusable
Last modified: 2016-03-23 06:40:14 UTC
Created attachment 263298 [details] Unusable Chart properties window Editing chart properties has become almost unusable in the latest version. I attach an image to illustrate the problem. To reproduce the issue, just add a chart to a spreadshit. Then double click it to open the properties. The bottom part of the window is really small, no matter the size of the window. I'm using Gnumeric 1.12.9 together with goffice 0.10.9 from the official Arch Linux repos Thanks in advance.
I meant "spreadsheet"... sorry
Which gtk+ version are you using? Looks like a new behavior change in gtk+. I'm still using 3.8.
I'm using 3.10.5
We probably miss a vexpand property somewhere. I can try to fix that but can't test until I have gtk+-3.10.
Well, if you create a patch, I can help with the testing :)
Created attachment 263302 [details] [review] Tentative patch May be that would be enough.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! That was really fast! Your patch fixes this bug! Encore une fois, merci beaucoup :)
This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
