When using Rhythmbox outside of GNOME Shell, there is a useless empty menu category.

Empty sections are not displayed by GNOME Shell, but they show up both
in Unity and in the fallback menu.

For plugins?  But it is very noticeably broken outside of GNOME Shell, so something must be done.
