Original description:

Whenever Geary displays an abbreviated date/time (e.g. "May 17"), I'd like to
be able to mouse over it and see a tooltip with the full date/time (e.g. "Thu,
May 17, 2012 at 6:23 PM").

This is already fixed for the viewer, and covered by Bug 713041 for the conversation list, so marking as a dupe of that.
