PDF document with one landscape page (page 138)

I have created a PDF document that is mostly in the portrait orientation but that contains a single landscape page. Evince displays this document properly (i.e., the landscape page is displayed as wider and shorter than the others). However, when I print the document, the landcape page contents come out printed so that they are shrunk and rotated to fit into a portrait page.

If you print to a file (as PS or PDF), can you reproduce the problem?
