Description mahdiar 2013-01-02 13:49:47 UTC
Hi
I install ubuntu 12.10 then ubuntu gnome pakage so I use gnome now . But when I visit the extension page it says "You do not appear to have an up to date version of GNOME3. You won't be able to install extensions from here. See the about page for more information."
My brother OS is same as me but doesn't have this problem . I can manually install extensions but not by your website .
GNOME Shell 3.6.1 and GDM 3.6.1
thanks

Do you have the "GNOME Shell Integration" browser plugin installed?
Comment 2 mahdiar 2013-01-02 15:32:11 UTC
I don't know . How can I check it ?
If I don't have it how can I install it ?

Check your browser's options for details.

It should be installed with your distro. It could be click-to-play that's messing up; try googling for instructions on how to disable "click to play".

Thanks . But Is there any way not to disable it ?
Comment 5 Jasper St. Pierre (not reading bugmail) 2013-01-02 18:06:20 UTC
Unfortunately, the way the site works is incompatible with click-to-play. I've talked to the Mozilla folks about it, and they've said they'll look into it for the next version.
