GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 685679
Recent change to "green" breaks CSS standards
Last modified: 2012-10-15 23:04:47 UTC
The recent change to the libcroco definition of the "green" colour [1][2] violates the CSS 2.1 [3] and 3 [4] and SVG 1.1 [5] standards. Please revert. [1] bug 672332 [2] http://git.gnome.org/browse/libcroco/commit/src/cr-rgb.c?id=0cbb0dfed7350ed48a12d56925cdd76255891aa5 [3] http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/syndata.html#color-units [4] http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-color/#html4 [5] http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/types.html#ColorKeywords
Reverted.
I'll make a release with this fix in time for gnome 3.6.1.
I couldn't find these standards when I looked for them. Sorry.
