This will fix a bunch of UI bugs and make things prettier.

Some new features might be used, such as:
- GtkSearchEntry
- Placeholder text in text entries, namely for layer names
- GtkSwitch for constrained spaces, such as enabling/disabling layers
- A dark gtk theme variant (bug #676504)
- Primary vs non-primary toolbar styles

Partially ported in my pygi branch now, with the dark theme variant and primary toolbar styling.
