libgweather 3.5.0 changed API compared to API, and some small

libgweather 3.5.0 changed API compared to API, and some small
changes are needed in the configuration widgets.

Also removed the units combobox, which is no longer supported by
libgweather (it picks global settings automatically)

Thanks for a patch, I didn't test it, but it looks fine. Please commit to master, with one tiny change, the line containing
    /* No exact match, use start instead */
and the line below it should have two tabs.
