Description André Klapper 2012-06-19 12:19:27 UTC
Shorten the message list context menu and the "Message" main menu by 3 items by moving
* Create an _Event
* Create a _Meeting
* Create a _Task
* Create a Mem_o
to a submenu called
* Con_vert to...
  * Event
  * Meeting
  * Task
  * Memo

This would improve/fix bug 668410; plus I could try to fix bug 611799.

Note to myself: No user documentation affected.

Seems reasonable to want to shorten that menu a bit for smaller screens.

What if we merge those items into the "Create Rule" submenu and rename everything like so:

* Message
   * Create
      * Appointment... <-- for consistency with New menu
      * Meeting...
      * Task...
      * Memo...
      -------------------------------------
      * Filter Rule for Subject...
      * Filter Rule for Sender...
      * Filter Rule for Recipients...
      * Filter Rule for Mailing List...
      -------------------------------------
      * Search Folder from Subject...
      * Search Folder from Sender...
      * Search Folder from Recipients...
      * Search Folder from Mailing List...

Made the submenu items a little wordier than above since I don't like having one-word menu items -- but I think it reads better, looks consistent and is probably easier to translate.
