Description Bastien Nocera 2012-05-17 14:48:03 UTC
The monitor label shows up on the top-left of the screen, just under the activities button. Except that the label is square so one of the corner doesn't flush with the rounded edge to the workarea.

The CSS is as follows:
http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-shell/tree/data/theme/gnome-shell.css#n359

While you are prettifying this... would it be too much work to allow GnomeRRLabeler to give you a ready-painted widget/surface/whatever, so that the current output's label in the Display capplet would match the visual style of the labeler? It has always bothered me that the labeler has a nice, thick black border, but the Display capplet's label only has a pastel color against the theme's gray background.
