Saving changed parameters e.g. quality set to 70 as new defaults doesn't work. Trying to recall those values by clicking load defaults doesn't change anything.
The quality stays at 90.

Now the plug-in uses saved defaults unless exporting an
image previuosly imported from a jpeg with quality and/or
subsampling settings better than saved defaults, in that
case it proposes settings from the original.
