In evolution select a message in the mail message list and the click on the message preview to move the focus there. The selected message has a darker background (correct) but its text is gray too, while the other unselected messages have normal black text

This happens in both modes (and I can reproduce it now...it just doesn't happen every time), but I believe it's the same GTK bug as in bug 664916, so I'm going to close it as a duplicate of it for now.
