Right now documentation is installed into /usr/share/gtk-doc/gstreamer-@GST_MAJORMINOR@, and since GST_MAJORMINOR is not defined anymore, it just remains like this.

Nope, it seems to cover everything. In fact, 1e46fe6 fixes it in more places than my pactch did (i've missed the "[GST_MAJORMINOR]" parts in some files)
