Description Valentin Robert 2012-03-05 10:08:21 UTC
So, when you're in presentation mode (F5), you think you'd be able to do a search, because Ctrl+F actually brings the Search bar.

You can type something and see that evince fetches results.

However, when you try to get to the result (by clicking Find previous/next, or via Ctrl+g or Ctrl+Shift+g), nothing happens.

Happened under 2.32.1 and 3.2.1, I hope this is not a "feature"! :)

that is not supposed to work, please look at bug 645976.

"Search is not supposed to work in presentation mode, so the find bar shoudn't
be displayed."

Pedro:
Ugh... sorry for that, I did a search but did not see that "Open" was set by default.
