In Tomboy Preferences on the Synchronization tab there are no Services available even though the default ones are enabled on the Add-ins tab. The message "Not configurable" is also present directly underneath the empty Service combobox.

We released today a build that contains the fix for this.
You will be able to download the new build tomorrow from Tomboy downloads.
