OSX integration using GtkOSXApplication

Hi,

Please find attached a patch which integrates Planner under Mac OS X. It uses GtkOSXApplication and configure.in and Makefile.am are also patched as needed.

It:
 - moves the menubar to the top of the screen
 - uses standard Mac OS menu accelerators
 - connects to the Mac OS signals to open a file (from the Mac OS Finder) and to quit the application.

It would be great if you could also distribute the binary package which I have put on my [1]homepage or link to my homepage.
