Description Sebastian Wilhelmi 2001-12-12 09:14:57 UTC
If you click the middle mouse button to open a new tab, the referer isn't
send to the server of the page to load, whereas pressing the left button to
load it in the current tab does send the referer. I noticed this, while using

      http://validator.w3.org/check/referer

Also I verified it with

       nc -l -p 2000

and

       <a href="http://localhost:2000"></a>

I don't think, that this was done on purpose?

And BTW: galeon really is the best browser around.
