when  each time I press "Ctrl+W" to delete the word in chat  before the cursor, the chat window closes. and when we open the chat window the written words are still present.. The strange thing is that "Ctrl+H" also not working.."ctrl+H" do nothing.

How were the Emacs Keybindings exactly defined?
