Hello,

Tomboy Hotkeys have been working fine, but since Ubuntu 11.10 they no longer work:
  Prerequisite: Run Tomboy, define <Alt>F11 as 'Open "Start Here"'
  Expected: Open "Start Here" note
  Actual: Nothing happens

I'm not certain if it's due to GNOME3, the Shell, or another component. Help welcome to isolate the issue.

Platform: Tomboy 1.8.3, Ubuntu 11.10, mono-runtime 2.10.5-1, GNOME 3.2.1 with GNOME Shell
