The latest Version Tomboy 1.8.3 does not allow to sync under Windows 7. When I click on Preferences/Synchronization I cannot change neither the Synchronization Service nor the path. Instead I  get "configuration not possible". Tomboy 1.6.0 works, however, perfectly in this respect..
