plugin's preferences are disabled... it is checked that it must use the current gnome terminal profile, but it use

my system is a debian sid, updated every day

Yep, that's true. The reason is that gnome-terminal still uses gconf to store it's settings and anjuta doen't (want) to depend on gconf anymore and uses gsettings. This also means we cannot read the gnome-terminal setings. I hope gnome-terminal will switch sooner or later as any other gnome application.
