Description Nishant Agrwal 2011-12-08 16:55:48 UTC
OS : ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot
DE : Gnome Fallback Mode

description: the background of the panel does not display correctly as intended by the theme in use (Ambiance in this case). Instead of displaying colours similar to the indicator and menu applets, it is displaying a plain solid colour. See attachment for better understanding (look at the top panel)

Problem probably lies in not being able to apply gradients as specified by the theme?
