GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 661556
contact available when I'm offline?
Last modified: 2018-05-22 15:07:41 UTC
Created attachment 198851 [details] screenshot I opened my laptop today and opened Empathy. It showed that I was offline but I had contacts available.
Interesting, I didn't experience this bug since a while. Could be a GTK+, Empathy or Folks issue. Is Nick a meta contact in your roster? Which version of GTK+ were you using? I'd be interested to know if it has the fix for bug #659022 in.
gtk3-3.2.0-1.fc16.i686 I don't know if Nick is a meta contact. What does that mean?
A meta-contact is a linked contact from different sources. Right clicking on him and selecting 'Link contacts...' should show you the linked contacts.
