Description amanda 2011-09-16 18:44:02 UTC
I use gPodder to manage my podcast subscriptions.

I've designated the folder where gPodder puts podcasts as the place where Banshee can find my podcasts, but Banshee doesn't see them.

Banshee sees my music just fine, but not my podcasts.

Banshee doesn't currently import podcasts from the file system. I'm marking this as a duplicate of Bug 341275.

In the meantime, you might be able to find some useful workarounds here: http://askubuntu.com/questions/41413/how-to-register-downloaded-podcast-mp3-in-banshee
