While window-related keybindings (Ctrl+T, Ctrl+N, ...) don't work (correctly) in Application mode, it looks like many other keybindings are still functional. A few I found:

Ctrl+O
Ctrl+U for page source
Ctrl+B for bookmarks
Ctrl+H for history
F1 for help
Alt+Home
