High Contrast Inverse Icons Missing

media-floppy is present in the theme, sorry. insert-link, folder-new, and document-open-recent are also missing. I have included system-shutdown (re-named) as this icon, but this may be wrong. I have included new icons for address-book-new and contact-new, but you may wish to review these, especially address-book-new. Many of these icons also exist in gnome-icon-theme-symbolic, and it may be more desirable to use those icons rather than the inverted HighContrast style icons, in the long run.
Inverse and low contrast themes will be addressed with clutter filters rather than having a specific icon themes. As long as we have coverage in HC, were good.
