Description Mariusz Libera 2011-04-29 00:15:28 UTC
It's not possible to open application in new workspace by typing it's name followed by Ctrl+Enter or Alt+Enter. Alt+enter is a shortcut in Firefox to open typed in address in new tab. I would expect gnome-shell to let me do something similar, it should work just like middle mouse click. Right now it's only possible to open application on the current workspace and then drag it to the new one.
