Description Sebastián García Rojas 2011-04-12 15:31:29 UTC
I use Nautilus in List Mode at the lowest possible zoom, and when I edit a filename the text for that row gets bigger. I have just checked this also happens if you have higher magnification: when you edit, the text gets smaller. It seems it's set to 100% zoom when you edit, then comes back to the previous zoom (either higher or lower).

I can confirm this works as expected in Icons or Compact mode, so it's more likely a List Mode problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Set Nautilus in List mode (View menu -> List, or CTRL + 2)
2) Reduce zoom (View menu -> Zoom out, or CTRL + -), or increase it.
3) Edit a filename, you'll see the size temporarily changes to 100%. After edition, it comes back to the same size as before.

Again, this does not happen in Icons or Compact mode (when you edit a filename in a different zoom state, the size is preserved throughout the whole edit operation).
