Description Yaron Shahrabani 2010-12-06 11:15:33 UTC
I don't know where to start,

First problem is:
The sample sentence does not necessarily appears in the same language as the font, meaning that if I have a Hebrew system and I want to install an Arabic or English font there won't be any sample.

The second one:
The Hebrew (and probably Arabic and Persian) sample is aligned in the wrong direction.

DejaVu Sans on a Hebrew system

Preview still appears in reversed order, Hebrew is not right aligned
Comment 5 Yaron Shahrabani 2010-12-06 11:22:45 UTC
I also forgot to mention (I can open another bug about it):
Hebrew text displayed in reverse order (dlroW olleH instead of Hello World), probably Arabic script writings as well.
