Description of Problem:
When I open a hebrew font with fontilus, the hebrew example string shows
reversed. (like "olleh"instead of "hello")

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set your env variable to LC_ALL="he_IL"
2. make sure you have the recent fontilus with the hebrew translation.
(from the CVS)
3. open a font that have hebrew charcters like "Arial" or "Times new
roman"

Actual Results:
The hebrew string you get is:
.&#1501;&#1499;&#1495;&#1493; &#1492;&#1497;&#1499;&#1512;&#1491; &#1492;&#1488;&#1512; &#1500;&#1510;&#1506; &#1492;&#1500;&#1502;&#1504;&#1492; &#1500;&#1488; &#1498;&#1500;

Expected Results:
The expected string is:
&#1500;&#1498; &#1488;&#1500; &#1492;&#1504;&#1502;&#1500;&#1492; &#1506;&#1510;&#1500; &#1512;&#1488;&#1492; &#1491;&#1512;&#1499;&#1497;&#1492; &#1493;&#1495;&#1499;&#1501;.

How often does this happen?
All the time :)

Additional Information:
I think this problem is in all the BiDi languages...

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).
