Description Mathias Brodala 2010-10-02 22:52:49 UTC
The info pane pops out as soon as an image is selected and disappears again if more than one or no image is selected. This is highly distracting and takes away space from the browsing pane

I thus would like to see an option to hide the info pane altogether and prevent it from showing ever.

The properties pane height can be set to zero, but this setting is not saved between sessions. It should be.

It is not even saved between images. If I select an image, resize it to 0, deselect the image and select another image, the pane pops up again.

Yes, it seems that the program does not take this value for resizing the panel.
Comment 4 Matthias Hawran 2010-10-29 22:07:05 UTC
I can confirm it's saved between image, but not between sessions.

Not fixed on 2.12.1-3 version.

Someone knows the changelog?

Well Paolo didn't close this bug, or notify it was fixed, so don't expect it to be fixed...
