Description Mathias Brodala 2010-02-13 02:16:52 UTC
With the latest release (2.11.x), an info pane (containing image data, EXIF, …) was added which pops out as soon as an image is selected and disappears again if nothing is selected.

This is quite distracting which is why I suggest adding an toggle option to the View menu to permanently show/hide this info pane.

Please, is there any plan to solve this bug?

This is the only bug I know in Gthumb.

Thanks.

This is already fixed in the current development version, the fix will be available in the next major release, version 3.0.

Thank you very much. I will wait for that release.

How can we hide the info pane on 2.19.1? And the miniatures on viewer? I don't see any option in the preferences.

Thanks.

Can this also be added as regular menu item to the View menu? Since I never use the toolbar I’d never know that hiding is possible.
