Trying to print with

orientation    :  landscape
Pages per side :  4
                  Top to botton, right to left
This shows the pattern in landscape layout
      3      1
      4      2

and it prints according to this pattern.
But the print preview is totally different.
It follows the pattern in !!! portrait layout !!!
