I keep getting a request to add new contacts and i wouldn't get the request just a pop up saying someone is requesting to add me ;then my friend couldn't send me message cause she wasn't on my contact list and vise versa... so i couldn't add her nor send message to each other and this was msn... and i haven't even fully tried everything and more that i try stuff i feel like i should move to another im but the only reason i keep this it's stable and keeps every possible account but as far as i see there no plug-ins to add nor webcam............ empathy need to be more customizable and powerful!!!!  it is simple too simple
