ru.po translation improvement

Hello,

this is an older patch for the russian translation but because of missing russian skills it was rotting in our bug tracker.

The patch contains of mostly better IMO stylistics in Russian sentences (less 
English-like straight translations), many punctuation corrections (again, 
less straight English-like commas), several orthographic corrections (mostly 
typos), few new translated strings (there is no more untranslated messages in 
this .po), and few redefined terms.
