On my system (confirmed with another person), if I right click a window decoration (title bar I think would be a proper term) it causes a glitch in where other windows I have up popup for half a second (some stay up others don't seem to) and I can't access the menu. This happens when I click the icon on the upper right corner as well. 

also the decorations seem to disappear for a tiny bit and come back, probly within a second
