Description of problem:
Multipart MIME digests don't display all parts.  Some messages don't display
the body

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-mapi-0.28.2-1.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always for digests, sometimes for others

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to the MIME-format digest of a Fedora list
2. Open a digest message
3.

Actual results:
Only the TOC and footer attachments show.

Expected results:
All attachments show in scrollable format, as in evolution-exchange

Additional info:
A sample message where the body doesn't display is attached.
