migrate print.glade from glade-2 to glade-3 format - diff file

migrate print.glade from glade-2 to glade-3 format.

The default on migration is toolkit version required 2.16, which was changed to 2.8.  The file is in libglade format.  

This change is being done to isolate the migration changes from interface enhancements to follow.  ( print ADDRESS on checks ).

Avoid using Glade < 3.5.3, for information take a look at r17967.
