GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 605783
Feature request: Nautiluis should provide support for changing volume labels
Last modified: 2009-12-31 07:49:55 UTC
I am suprised not to see this bug already exist on GNOME bugzilla. Lack of a possibility to change volume labels in nautilus makes for a bad user experience for users coming from another OS. This is basic functionality that users have gotten used to and should be supported in GNOME. Launchpad holds about a dozen bugs marked as duplicates for this particular request.
