Description Geoff Buchan 2009-12-04 18:41:27 UTC
I use contact lists in Evolution, but currently if I have a contact whose email address changes, I need to update both that contact's personal card and each contact list that contains the contact's old email address.

It would be much better if a contact list contained a pointer to a contact (perhaps referring to a particular address type), and generated the e-mail address for each member from the contact card when sending new mail. This way updating the one contact card would automatically update any contact lists that contained the changed address for that contact.
