Description Keith Hughitt 2009-09-04 20:09:20 UTC
Currently, backgrounds and colors can only be adjust in compact/icon view, but not in list view. When attempting to drag a color, etc into a folder in list view, nothing happens. After searching around a bit it appears that this is normal, and that the backgrounds are only visible in other view modes.

Would it be possible to enable adjusting backgrounds when working in list-mode? It could even be an option in the preferences (e.g. "display backgrounds in list-mode").

This has also been mentioned in Ubuntu's Brainstorm application: http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/17747/.
