The problem is that if a panel has hide buttons, and the panel is hidden, after logging out and logging in again, the panel always reverts back to open status.

My use case is that I have a panel that holds a variety of sensors and indicators, which due to the small screen size on my computer it is always collapsed and open it only occasionally when I want to look at the sensors. The problem is that every time I log in I have to manually hide the panel again otherwise I don't have enough space on my screen.

I'd also like to apologize for the broken report - I was playing with bug-buddy and it didn't do what I thought it will do.
