Steps to reproduce:
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 and the Orca always stops functioning altogether when I access apps listed in the system menu, such as Preference, administration, authorization, snaptic, services menu, etc.

Orca does not give any error message. Even run command, alt+F2 followed by typing orca then enter, does not bring Orca back to functioning.

I believe this is a duplicate of bug #585886, which you opened and which is waiting for information from you before we can proceed.  Please answer the questions asked in that bug.  Thanks!
