Description Jakob Unterwurzacher 2009-06-16 22:06:22 UTC
On windows (definitely since windows 2000, i guess even earlier - since 95?), you can select multiple windows by ctrl-clicking them. Then you can close / minimize / maximise / tile etc. the selected windows by right-clicking.
Screenshot here: http://www.colinneller.com/blog/ControlClickTaskbarAwesome.aspx

This is very useful - it should also be possible with the gnome window-list.
The tiling options would be a bonus, having the normal right-click menu (especially close) work on multiple windows would be a big improvement.
