Please describe the problem:
I downloaded Evolutions for windows using Windows Vista.  I am not able to use the help function

Steps to reproduce:
1.

Actual results:
I receive the message:  Could not display help for this application.  Unable to find help paths C:\Program Files\DIP Consultants, LLC\Evolution/share/gnome/help/evolution or C:\Program Files\DIP Consultants, LLC\Evolution/share/gnome/help/evolution. Please check your installation

Expected results:
I would expect to see the help table of contents.
