To reproduce:
1. Open vinagre and connect to remote host (e.g. vino server)
2. Open text input on remote host (e.g. gedit)
3. Type using 123 using standard number keys - numbers appear
4. Type using 123 using numeric keypad number keys - numbers do not appear

Tested using vinagre 2.26.1 and git master in Ubuntu 9.04
